I’ve been the fat kid, the addict, and the failure. I know exactly how to pull you out of the hole.
All these online coaches have been fit forever, cool story bro, that wasn’t me. I was the fat kid, bullied, the joke, the one everyone picked on. So I ate, because food was the only thing that shut my head up, until it didn’t, and I got fat as F#CK!.
When food stopped working, I went darker, ICE EVERY DAY, then cocaine, anything to mute how much I hated myself. It didn’t fix SH#T, it destroyed everything, it put me in jail, it made me the bloke who let everyone down.
That’s rock bottom, not “I had a bad week”, actual rock bottom. And that’s where I made the decision, not a promise, not a “Monday”, a decision. No “motivational quotes”, a PROMISE TO MYSELF & MY FAMILY.
I started training like my life depended on it, because it did. I started eating to fuel, not cope. I started rebuilding my head, not just my body, day after day, even when I didn’t feel like it, especially then. It wasn’t overnight; it was earned, every F#CKING day, and I still do the work.
Now I’m the man my family can be proud of, I’m confident, I’m mentally strong as F#CK, I’m a weapon because I built myself that way. And that’s why I coach, not to hand you a cute program, but to give you structure when your life is off the rails, keep you accountable when you want to quit, and teach you the habits that rebuilt me & can REBUILD the life you’ve been slowly burning down.
